My 6 funny/embrassing/wierd moment…
Tag from Kim and Jenny..
1.My sibling use to tease me- calling me as "negra" that I am not one of their sister–my parents just found me on a trash can; that I am a child of the ITA tribe. My MOm crave for a barbecue chicken liver while she was preggy of me.
2. My MoM would always remind me that Its alright to have a dark skin…someday makakapag-asawa daw ako nang kano–cause kano loves dark skin women..he!he!he! Guess what???
3) I am a Certified HOT WOMAN— as in ON FIRE!!! Back in Bahrain Billy asked me to start the gas oven (we have the manual) so he can bake the upside down cake. Just got done shower— got the lighter turn the gas on and start lighting the oven. The lighter was malfunction– I smell gas already the oven been on for a while. Keep clicking the lighter no light… I said to myself this is the light click and I am done. I was indeed…on that last click I did not see any fire but I heard a KA-BLOOM sound that push me 5 feet away from the oven landed butt first on the concrete floor. My face was warm…my knuckles felts like burning. I called Billy crying on the phone–told him I wont be able to to turn the oven on just got an accident— I lay down on bed crying loud (the house was big) calling my mama and my sister MAna Nene—feel sorry for myself got nobody to help me. Heard the screeching sound of Billys car—-calling my name as he enter the house. He put ice on my right hand knuckles, my nose hair were gone, my eyebrow got burned…
4) Still in Bahrain December 22,2000. I was frying a fish one time inside the house, which I am not allowed to cook fish inside the house. Billy called to let me know that he is coming home early and he is on his way home. I freak out the kitchen still fishy. I light up a scented candle para mabawasan ang amoy ng isda sa loob ng bahay and did spray also. I had the candle on the table across the kitchen door. Here comes Billy give me hug and kisses he bent me against the table—I was complaining because my back was hurting—all of a sudden Billy picked me up and push me against the kitchen wall- blow the candle off first before attending me. And I smell a hair burning, my own hair… I combed it got a handful of hair—I was crying hard, was so scared na kalbo na ako pauwi pa naman ako for PInas the next year. I was fine…
5. I made a HUGE mess while learning how to drive back in Guam. We have an uncovered garage next to it a 10 by 10 tent with a plastic table decorated with Billy expensive Orchids collection. Before my hubby left for work that morning he told/warn me not to drive the explorer. And I did NOT listen to him— I just got out from the shower at 11 am, glance outside I saw the Explorer calling my names–Drive me jcka–drive meeh!!! So I went turn the SUV on…drove down the hill–so excited! Good thing there was no car driving the road cause I got stock figuring how to turn/back the SUV around going up the hill. For some reason I made it up/back to the hill and park facing the bushes…I was so proud of myself I made it!!! I driven the SUV— when I calmed down i realized I need to turn around the SUV facing downhill so my hubby wont know that I drove it. I did turn it again trying to turn the SUV around in our 2 car uncovered garage. Now the SUV is facing the house I was so nervous that I could not move my feet to push the gas hard enough–my legs were shaking. So scared I might run into the house…So i decided just to park the SUV facing the bushes. I manage to face the SUV to the bushes but now I have to park it on one side so Billy can park the cadillac on the other side.
Facing the bushes I have to step on the gas pedal to move the SUV of course…I step on the gas pedal so hard that I went straight plowing the tent, table and all the orchids were all over the ground. A big bucket of dirt stop the SUV before hitting the coconut tree by the hill. I was so shock of what I have done…dont know what to do— which one to pick up first. I have a bucket of dirt under the SUV’s front tire. I was able to put up the 10 by 10 tent that usually di ko mabukas yun all by myself, the tent got broken post. Table was ok— Orchids plant were severely damaged–me I was shaking and terrified of what I have just done to the SUV, the poor tent and the orchids…When Billy got home I was hiding behind the bathroom door scared to death, when he found me I cried so hard and loud with bakho pa…he!he!he! Billy thought it was funny.
6.) Just this month…see when I go places I see to it I hit 4 birds in one stone. Means trying to do things at a time while I am outhere, being a Mother of a toddler… went to the Post Office, Bartell drug store, Target, Dollar Store and the last stop was the Tom Thumb for the 3 - 1 gallon of milk worth $5.50, it was a worth stop for me. Took the key out from the ignition, went out the car push the driver seat forward to get my Bianca Ann out of her car seat (I have a 2 door Explorer) I decided to bring just my wallet alone not the purse/diaper bag to save a hand since I will be carrying 3 –1 gallon milk anyway. Went inside the store got my milk—went back to the car. It was raining hard that time. I went looking for the car keys to open the door—I could not find it in my pocket. I look through the window saw my car keys next to the diaper bag staring at me!!! I called for help got Sandra-she give Bianca Ann and me a ride home— I learned my lesson in a hard way…now i do have an extra CAR key with me, nakalagay siya sa magnet box tapos inilagay ko somewhere sa car ko. In case of another lock out incedent!!! God Forbid—
This all floks… excuse my spelling and grammar—enjoy!

Sha: Yes #5 is funny but the part that I had the SUV facing the house and what if I hit the house instead of the tent. I will be in much trouble–fixing the house and the SUV too. Yaikks!!!
Melody: Congratulations he!he!he!!!
Arlene: You are very much welcome Arlene. Wow- you have your MOm with you–lucky you!!! Love fish but not the smell of it inside the house–lalo na wala kaming masyadong bintana sa bahay na ito.
Liza: yes nagka-phobia na ako sa mga stove na hindi automatic— lalo na ang mga di gas na I have to use lighter. Learned my lesson in a burning way—
