My Weekend…

Monday, September 5th, 2005

  SATURDAY:

     Made breakfast burrito–then got busy making Maja Blanca MAiz and Chicken macaroni salad for the celebration feast of Our lady of Nativity, Patron of Calbayognons held last Saturday in Edmonds at the residence of  Alicia Mancol Squibb. As usual we had a blast— mass, lovely calbayognon and food. Nagsayaw-sayaw pod mi…kami-kami ra… nanguli naman an iba.Its  always fun to be with your fellow Calbayognon — talking in waray. Went home at 10 pm with  a lots of balutan…got Goldilocks cake too!!! We had 2 people celebrate their birthday that night.

     Back in Calbayog we celebrate the City fiesta 8th September… am sure its fun to be in Calbayog right now or to go back visit to celebrate fiesta with my friends and family. Miss those days teeny days—- always presents sa mga pasayaw sa plaza— watch parade… kelan kaya uli..big sigh :-( We got an invitation fom the Calbayognon Residents of Canada for thier feast of Our Lady Nativity Celebration this 10 September–we are not sure though if we can make it. I hope -I pray…

     I tried to post the pictures taken last saturday in Calbayognons Network— I forgot how to make a new album…Nelly I need help!!!!! Please.. I was about to call you tonight (10 pm) but am afraid you are already sleeping or busy with Casey… if any case you read this please I need your assistance to open an photo album in Calbayognons Network. I signed-up for new hotmail account kay puno na an akon una nga hotmail account which will be exclusive for Calbayognons event pictures…

SUNDAY:

    Made french toast, sausage and cheese omelet  for breakfast. Miss the church again…went to Jo-anns fabric store to get a clear plastic to cover the pergolas Billy made month ago in our backyard. On our way home while waiting for the green light Bianca Ann saw the Burger King sign—she was crying she wants to go to Burger King, Daddy promised they will be going there the next day.

Dinner time come too lazy to cook just check my freezer saw my frozen home made Jambalaya…why not!!! made a corn bread presto Jambalaya with corn bread for dinner. I always cook a lot so I can freeze the half of it for my lazy days cant cook meal. Did a few loads of laundry…

MONDAY:

   Made a beef hash with my left over steak… so yummy!!! Billy took Bianca Ann to Burger King to play and slide…while Mama did a hard labor day..cleaning up the 3 bathroom–kuskus dito-kuskus doon. Loading/unloading laundry in between. Tomorrow is ironing day if my wrist feels better dusting day pa…As soon the two came home Billy fix the burned bulb of the 2 lamps, hook up more garden light in our pergolas in the back yard and applied a fungicide in our front lawn to treat the RED THREAD. We did have a special dinner tonight…DOMINOE"S pizza!!!! my favorite pizza — we had the buy one and get 3 (chicken kickers, chesse bread and 2 liter soda free..)for $18.99. No dishes to washed we use a paperplate he!he!he! life is good!

okey gotta end this kay need to type some recipe for Nelly!!!
