  Its 10:45 pm na got still time to read your comments and post my blog. I sat down her around 9:10 pm soon put Bianca Ann on her bed, upo agad ako dito to answer some emails and post messages and comments sa mga blog niyo.

     To you all….thank you for all the comforting thoughts–God Bless your heart. It does hard to be sick here in USA kasi  I do get more homesick of my family back in Pinas—at least when you are sick you are being pampered and take care of. My hubby takes care of me still miss ko pa rin ang TLC ng elder sisters ko and my late mother. Na-alala ko noon when we were young parang ang sarap palaging magkasakit kasi you got all the attention of your parents—tapos may Tru orange/ sprite, Sky flakes at boiled egg palagi sa tabi mo..he!he!he! Hay sarap maging bata uli… only the part na buhay pa ang mga magulang ko not after their death…

   Di halatado na MAFIA ang dating ng mga solicitation ko sa mga boto ninyo ano? On Bianca Ann’s pic–he!he!he! thank you all for the responds and the vote of course—I know I mentioned the prize last night. Its all GIFT CERTICATE to the host of the photo contest the Hawkeyes Pub..and I dont have  any idea where’s the Hawkeyes Pub located at here in Lake Stevens.Am so proud and so happy to be chosen as one of the finalist…I cant believe it!!! Pasensya na po kayo mababaw lang ang kaligayahan ng friend niyo….*giggles*

   Oppss Its 11:00 pm and gotta go still need to say a Novena for our Lady of perpetual Help…do pray for you all Take care and Goodnight!!!

     I got my GREEN CARD from the mail yesterday. So quick ha? I went to the INS office just last 19 July almost 3 weeks din. Thank you to all who shared their thougths about and being a US citizen…. appreciated your time and kindness…

        Second am not sure if I mentioned about my joining of a Photo Contest taken from the Aquafest in Lake Stevens last week of July. I submitted 2 pics…and luckily one of them made to the finals which featured Bianca Ann’s curiousity of the chicken/rooster. The stuffed rooster was use as a decoration of one of the participants for the $50.00 BOAT RACE (boat made from any materials worth under $50.00)

     Did read the notice of my being one of the finalist out of 5 photos chosen for the the contest just tonight ( they actually send it to me since last Sunday kaso ngayon lang ako nagbasa ng mga e-mails ko)….I was so excited—forwarded the website to all the people I had in my address book HOPING THEY WILL LIKE AND VOTE for my pic of "Bianca Ann and her curiousity, checking out the Rooster if its real or what?" If anot mistaken the prize is $50.00 for the winner, $30.00 for the second and $20.00 for the third. For me I dont have to win this contest..be able to be in the finalist is already a big thing for me…

Hello Lovely people of the world!!!

    I have to slow down with my PC..para humaba pa ng buhay ko (charing!! Did miss you all too…I did sit down with the PC  but just to do my paperworks for my N-400, sneak in lang ako sa mga friendster and web accounts niyo. I know Rissa got a lot of new stuff— eat my hearts out..uh ang puso ko!!!

     Yes I was taken to the emergency room last thursday 4 Aug due to a CHEST PAIN. I felt the pain after I talked to jane (manila) and Jay (Bahrain) and was getting ready to eat my breakfast oatmeal (sabi its good for heart he!he!he!) its hurts whenever I inhale— and feels like there is a heavy stuff on my chest— did not finish my oatmeal got up and get the vacuum to clean the front door rugs. Got done I told Bianca Ann that mommy’s chest is awe–she just asked "did Daddy do it?’ I said no! and then she asked me again same question who did? Auntie?, Uncle? Nina? I guess she got it from me cause everytime she gets hurt or awe I asked her what happen or who did it?

    Neweez talked to  Gina (Bianca Ann godmother) about my chest pain–she told me to call 911 . She is worried that I might be having a mild stroke… kako I dont think so. I did tried to call Everett clinic to make an appoinment I was advised to call 911— I told them that I just want to be seen by a Doc not to the emergency room( which am kinda scared di ba sa atin pag emergency para ka nang mamatay or something grabe na! ? the tricare operator even offered to call 911 for me I said thank you–gusto ko lang Doc appoinment— since the pain bothers me a lot I was convinced by Gina na madala na sa emergency room instead of calling 911 be picked up by an ambulance and let the whole Noble Court Neighborhood worry about me and Bianca Ann— I was check-in at 11:43 am. My blood pressure was low 91; I was on 12 LEAD EKG to evaluate/asses my hearts rythm and function. Napa-iyak na ako sa takot with all the stuff hook up on me… hindi sa sakit….The pain got worst when they lay me down, whenever I move my head or arms. The first time they tried to take a blood from me for my blood test–they could get any (siguro ko natuyo na sa kapupuyat with the PC ) they tried it again for the second time nakakuha rin sa wakas. They give me an aspirin and Nitroglycerin to treat (angina) chest pain–did help a little. I was on IV too they give me Phenergan to reduce my nausea from aspirin and Morphine again for my pain kasi masakit pa talaga. I had an x-ray taken after the morphine…still on my bed itinulak ako to the x-ray lab for my x-ray and could hardly stand up in my own and the nurse has to hold me up— I was so weak caused by the morphine…got done balik uli sa ER they took another tube of blood from me. I was so sleepy but I was so scared to shut my eyes cause am afraid I might fall asleep and never to wake up again. Billy arrived at the ER around 2 ( its 1 & half hour drive) from work was so worried about me (sino ba ang hindi)–he was in the meeting when I informed him of my condition and going to  emergency room with Gina.

     The Doc (a filipino his parents from Ilo-ilo and cavite)  findings/diagnosis was NON SPECIFIC CHEST PAIN the cause of the chest is not clear. My x-ray result was fine and was advised to be seen by my primary care provider for a follow up check-up. Neresetahan nga ako ng VICOPROFEN di na namin binili kasi I dont feel any pain right now. Besides I noticed that too much taking of  pain medication (tylenol and iboprofen) I experience ringing in my ear. I was released around 4:50 pm that same day–got home Bianca Ann gaves me a hug and kissed all 4 needles mark and my chest as she said to ease my awe–my poor sweet baby… Biro pa ni Gina while we are at the ER at the Nurse attending me…this is all what we have to do — a trip to ER para lang daw maka-escape sa mga bata— tawanan lahat kami—

   Right now –sa Awa ng Diyos di pa naman uli sumasakit ang dibdib ko since 5 Aug. Got my follow up check up scheduled this Friday 12 Aug. Am hoping that everything will be fine…

     The thing is the whole family is sick—we all got cold, stuffed nose, runny nose and itchy throat. It  started with Bianca Ann last saturday then me on Sunday—maybe bec, I was sharing spoon with her when we had a yoghourt, then our Daddy started last Monday I shared a glass of water with him, when I asked him to get a glass of water for me. What a happy-coldy family ha? Okey gottta go and make another post for my good news part…

BEEF LUMPIA

1 lb ground beef

3/4 cup carrots- chopped finely

1/2 cup green beans

1 small onion

1 egg

salt and pepper

Lumpia wrapper

Direction:

1) Mix all the engredients.

2) Put it in the ref. for an hour. (optional)

3) Wrap in a lumpia wrapper, use a beaten egg to seal the rolled lumpia.

4) Deep fry (to make sure the meat is fully cooked) till golden brown.

5) Serve and eat with pride & love… oopps dont forget the lumpia sauce. Enjoy!!!

EMBUTIDO

2 lbs ground beef or pork

1 cup bread crumbs soaked in 1/2 cup milk

2-3 pieces vienna sausage, chopped-fine

2 eggs, beaten

3 tblsp sweet pickles

3 tblsp seedless raisins

salt and pepper to taste

1 can 16 oz of chicken or beef broth (for cooking the rolls)

Direction:

1) Mix all the ingredients except for the broth.

2) Wrap in  a clean cheese cloth and tie securely at both ends. sew up opening.

3) Place in a saucepan with just enough chicken or meat broth to cover.

4) Bring to a boil and simmer until done, about one and half hour.

5) Let it cool, unwrap before serving, slice into half inch size and serve with liver or tomatoe sauce.

To make a sauce:

1) Boil broth in which roll was cooked, simmering it down to desired quantity. Thicken with liver paste or tomatoe puree and season with salt and pepper.

  Yes indeed it was a family night out minus daddy kay gika-poyan man from his work..they did a family fest night out too at workWhidbey Air Base. He did help organize it that’s why he was able to come home early at 4 pm—(One half hr. drive to and from work) I guess this thing is a National activities here in mainland.

  The free hotdog, chips, popcorn and drinks was good :-). I ate my late lunch first rice and ginata-ang upo with dried fish bago umalis ng bahay. Pasiguro lang ko nga deri gut-mon didto basig ma-ubusan di-ay ug pagka-on, lisod na! abot didto ka-on na pod…They have a parlor games–and may I join ang mujer sa hula hoop contest- nanalo naman ako. Bianca Ann winner din sa dance contest sa under 5 yrs old division…apat kaming nagche-cheer kaya siguro pina-nanalo na lang ha!ha!ha! Dapat nga sana may dancing contest pa for adult isa lang ang contestant walang gustong sumali— ako lang!!! They had a kara-oke too. Gusto ko nga sanang kumanta kaso lang baka sumabog ang TV monitor mahirap na–he!he!he!

    I called Billy if he wants hotdog he said yes… I did get one for him around 7:30 pm but we went home at 9:30 so the hotdog become a yucky colddog (na-ngoros- purya gaba). Billy did not eat it and he went to bed with an empty stomach— oopps!!! Not my fault…

The Lake Stevens aquafest was held last July 29-31 (Friday till Sunday); we had fun… though it was so hot. On the first day I did try the giant slide and it was a big mistake for me to do it. I got scared on my way up and so embarrass to back out (go down) while on the top and looking down at the bottom of the slide I could feel the ting-gling (hope I got the spelling right) feeling on my feet…I was shaking while trying to sit down on the blanket getting ready to slide while holding Bianca Ann on my right hand and keep reminding myself I can do it just like the small kids does it. In my mind how I wish I dont have to slide down it was along way down for me to slide…the line behind me getting longer so I need to push down to slide–holding my breath I did slide down so fast that I have to hold on to the slide to slow me down…soon we reached the bottom Bianca Ann just said "again-again!!’ here I am with my both knees shaking really hard and could hardy stand up…my baby wants another round…uhumm "NO!!! Never again….

   Bianca Ann enjoyed most of the kiddie rides… she was not even scared when they ride the ferris wheel…Am so scared of it- I did tried the Dizzy dragon gives me headache. The parade was fun but I guess the Fiesta parade in Calbayog still the best (noong merong pang mga C.A.T.), they got cutie cheerleaders here too from different school…I cant wait for my Bianca Ann to join them..he!he!he! One thing I like during the parade they throw candies…and I had fun catching them.. Me and Billy tried to play some of the games competing with the young ones and BiIly of course wins–he!he!he! Got some pics taken from the festival and I even join the Photo contest taken from this years festival…I submitted 2 hope they all win.

    I am so sore today from yesterday exercise my friend Dorothy asked me to go with her in a TAEBO-like exercise. I would love to lay down but got a lot of pics need to download and even forgot to call Nelly last night as I promised here I will’ Ill try again tonight.  This afternoon there will be a Family fest night-out at Lake Stevens City center…there will be a free soda’s and free hotdog. We might go down there again…why not..its free food and entertainment. Ang Pinoy basta libre…maa-asahan he!he!he! Cool summer days to you all…
