HUMBA Pork

* HUMBA *
Pork Ribs or shoulder
Oil for frying
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 cloves garlic mashed
2 Laurel leaf
1 tsp. crushed peppercorn
I can sprite or ginger ale
1/2 cup Whole roasted peanuts
Direction:
1. Saut’e the pork with garlic till brown.
2. Transfer to a pot, add sprite and soy sauce.
3.  Add laurel leaf and peppercorn.
4. Simmer, add sugar and salt to taste.
5. Simmer more then add peanuts till meat is tender.
   Good luck and enjoy!!!! Dont forget to drink water para deri mabi-laukan..ha!ha!ha!

    i’m thinking of making this one some time. pwede ba ang dli taba na pork? i still have a pound left from what i used on my pinakbet. alam mo naman ang mga pork sa stores dri ala man taba. sa vietnamese store nakabili ako ng taba na baboy but hubby doesn’t like the taba part kac taba na raw sya, hehe! i love the taba part but not too smart to eat it right now kasi mas lalo akong lolobo. poor me! cge till here.

    You know what? taba is bad but oh boy taste so good. I did tried it taste so different pag walang taba. Billy dont eat taba either–di ba sa steak? dili niya kan-on ako kao-onon na nako uy lami ka-ayo. Masarap din ang left over na humba sa mainit na kan-on… thanks rissa.
