TOTAL BOOKS I OWNED:

    Since I started school? Maybe i got 2 or 3. Not that much cause I cant afford to buy most of it— back in high school and college days I would just borrow from library to have it xerox copy for my research. The first time I knew Billy back in 1996 he sent me a few books one of them was "Secrets of the Irresistible Woman" by Graham masterton…he!he!he!

    Right now I got a few— Del MOnte cooking books, 2 sewing books, even own a webster concise dictionary (I have to buy one for me), raising a toddler, whole set of Sesame Street ABC from Readers Digest and a LOT of bedtime books to read for Bianca Ann.

LAST BOOK I BOUGHT:

       3 small Heroes of the Bible, Mealtime Manners, Night-night, God Bless and Great Bible Stories-King Solomon.

And I guess this is also gives her idea that mommy should sleep next to her— due to last page picture is about Wombat mommy and him cuddle to sleep-bad picture! he!he!he!

BOOKS/Magazine I LIKE TO READ:

    Back in my childhood days… I love to read and crazy for it the KOMIKS… whenever am gone from our house my siblings knows where to find me—Komiks stand and always get in trouble-he!he!he! I guess thats where my reading habit develope, at elementary I am a fast reader  always get a green sticker for Reading. High School and Teeny days got crazy with borrowed short Romance books tagalog at first then my English teacher Mrs. Basco inspire us to read English novels to sharpen our English. I listened I would borrow thick ones Romance book (I prefer to have the happy endings love story—para masaya) I remember curling up in bed with the thick love story books and would not let go of it till am done.  I would cry when I get to the drama part (I hate it…) and laugh hard in comedy part—my sister thought am going crazy too much reading of those novels. Got in college with my open schedule I would hang out in Library during my free time reading (aside doing my research…) about geography, biography, Readers Digest, International Mgazine and etc. and Learned so much stuff that I realize that we are not the worst country in the world. I thought corruption, hookers and beggars only happen in Philippines…he!he!he! As of now I have a subscriptions of Parenting magazine and Readers digest to read..the other night for the first time I was able to finish reading the August Readers Digest in one sitting alone. I feel so good… with Bianca Ann do love to read with her all her books…she does learns a lot of stuff.

   Just got back from the PO..finally send the last package. I did send Gina and Mikko yesterday…today my hubby take the gift bag for Gretchen and send Nelly’s package. Hope they all make it on their destination.

     While at the PO today Bianca Ann was pushing her shopping cart toy around…everybody just love it. And so glad too that Barney was still there at the PO–we left him yesterday. We did stopped by at the Library, just across the PO it took us forever to cross the pedestrian lane cause Bianca Ann dont want me to carry her cart–she just want to push it. We borrowed 10 books and of course Bianca Ann still pushing her cart around the library everybody was just laughing at her…by the way on her cart she got her sippy cup, fish cracker, Barney and toy water gun got it from Jeffrey. I tried to put the borrowed books on her cart she did not like it. I had lunch at the teriyaki place… I had salmon so good… then Bianca Ann pooped. I cleaned her up at the car… then I saw a man and a woman driving by..then the woman hit the guy for checking my skirt (giggles)…  I was wearing a short skirt with a short underneath… I dont think my legs is that sexy…ha!ha!ha!

    Went to bed almost 2 am this morning… and around 3 am here’s comes Bianca Ann crying want to sleep on Mommy’s bed— picked her up and notice she was warm, her whole body is warm. We got up so we can give her a medicine to cool her off. Went back to bed and she start talking… sige ug yaw-yaw…sabi pa ng ama ok girls can daddy sleep I will be getting up in 30 mins. we stopped- after a few minutes here she talks again whispering asking me if daddy is mad at us..he!he!he! I know her two-2nd molar on the  bottom gum is coming in. I guess that’s why she is having a runny poop and not feeling good lately. Another thing we have been picking up blackberries too and she just love blackberries–she would just go pick one and straight to her mouth. That’s why I have to put water sa bucket so I can washed the black berry before she eat it.

     Gretchen called me this morning while I was still in bed–

    Last night at around midnight I had a surprise phone call from my younger brother Johnny (aka Jun d bukol) — who works as a seaman on an oil tanker, they are now in India. Do miss him so much… I cant wait to see him… and his new son hopefully next year!!!! Pohon kaloy-an sa Gino-o.

20 years ago…1985

     I was 12 years old—and its been 5 months since my Beloved father died from complication of stabbed wound on 28 Feb. At that time I was very upset cause I thought he will never be there in my Elementary graduation–as he promised he will… After his first death anniversary on 18 April my Beloved Mother died. I was the only person when she did her last breath–she asked me to massage her chest. She was having hard time breathing–my Mana Vic-vic went out of Hosp.rm to get a Doc. My Mama is free at last from pain of her illness of 3 yrs. ( 2 yrs being in bed on her tummy). From then on I realize what LIFE is ALL ABOUT WITHOUT A MOTHER growing up in this world. And HOW TRUE ALL THOSE WORDS she’s been trying to tell us growing up with no mother to guide us. One of those: is LOVE or give them flower while they can smell/appreciate the beaty of flowers—not when they are dead. I always get a teary eyes everytime I think of my late beloved parents.

15 Years ago…1990

      I was 18 years old…my 2 elder sissy Mana Nene and Mana Vic-Vic surprise me with a pretend debut party with my favorite food on the table… pansit, paksiw na tulingan, fried rice, fruit salad, maja blanca, biko and some left over from Christmas Dinner (my b-day is on Christmas)…my Birthday cake is made of Rice Cake and the b-day candle is borrowed from my friends who just had her b-day. I had a blast all my friends were there…my unforgetable moment were–me, my sissy and friends watched a rented XXX movie at home. Our First time ever to watched it with them—we all closed the window, locked all the doors and muted the TV. We were all screaming of laughter…we did not finish it though. Am so thankful to have a big sissy who were there with me…

10 years ago…1995

   I was 22 years old…2 years after I graduated my 2 years Secretarial Course in TTMIST.: then proceed to a 4 years course BSBA I was an irregular 2nd year,  an Athletic Scholar. Finally able to attend a SCUAA (State Colleges and  Universities Athletic Association) held in Naval Institute and Technology, NAval, Biliran Island. I was even failed in my medical exam due to my heart mur-mur…but able to make it to the game. Run the truck and field–chased all the runner (am the toughtest kasi hinabol ko sila ang bibilis tumakbo he!he!he!) never passed out during entire game. it was a dream come true to me be able to attend a SCUAA. I used to play ballgames during Intrams–always pick-up to play for SCUAA softball,volleyball and Basketball. But my priorites that time is my studies- no time for practice eh nakiki-tira lang ako sa sister in-law ko. But when I started to live with my elder sissy medyo nag slow-down ang house chores able to participate sa mga Extra curricular at school and sports.

5 years ago…2000 in Bahrain

    Its been 16 month since I arrive in Bahrain to be with my Papa Toto Billy; I was doing a volunteer job at the Housing Welcome Office— and was chosen as the Volunteer of the year during the Volunteer Recognition Day on April 2000. The next month May…I was hired by the MWR to work in Receation Center. I worked there till Feb. 2001-time to go back to Phils to process my Fiancee paperworks for Guam. Oh Billy proposes to me 21 Jan.2001 during the 226th Navy Ball at Gulf Hotel— I was in cloud nine!!!!!!!!!!! Got married on Christmas 2001 in Guam.

3 years ago…2002 in Guam and first time being in Maniland.

      A month ago I won a $3,500.00 in Bingo. Of course padala agad sa Pinas for the Family Tax … spend some of it for the gas we just hit by a 2 Typhoons July 5 and July 10. I was hired by EUROPAC, worked in NEX Guam. On Oct 2000 during my pap smear my Doc refer me to see an OBGYN..then the OBGYN refer me to have an Ultrasound she said something wrong with my ovary. Ultrasuond result…all is OK nothing to worry about. Oct. came –first week of Nov. no period…start to worry— whats going on! Bought a preggy test with Billy-POSITIVE!!! Oh my…my world just start to wheew!!!! and thought NOW WHAT??? I was having mixed emotions— did a preg test at the clinic on Nov.12, CONFIRMED I am 5 weeks pregnant !!! We went to see my in-laws the first time here in mainland and to attend Billy’s elder brother Mark’s funeral. My Mother in-law dont have an idea I was preggy she just learned about it during Mark’s funeral when Billy did his speech about his brother passing away…everybody was sad and quite. Billy started talking about his brother—as he said this how life is…people come and go…we lost someone we loved and hey — we are expecting a new family member of the family–Jessica is pregnant; everybody just whoa, clapping and smiling— I look at my mother in-law who was so surprised… Our trip back to Guam was cancelled due to a big Typhoon hitting Guam 8 Dec.— our house were flooded for 2 weeks. Got home stinky house, no power, no gas, and no water. Holidays no power and no water—but we survived…

Last Year…2004 Lake Stevens,WA

     Billy was gone on Bianca Ann first birthday—he was on the ship. It was hard with out him… but the party has to go on —it went OK everybody had fun. Billy wish so hard that he was there with us on Bianca Ann’s first birthday; Halloween, Thanksgiving, my 31st Birthday, Christmas, our wedding anniversary and New Year. Billy’s ship was in Indonesia helping the Victim of tsunami. So proud of HIM - and all the armed forces members helped those unfortunate…Back inpinas my younger Johhny who is a seaman see his 3 mos.son for the first time.

This year…2005

    On Feb. my hubby got me; big time!!!…Its been more than 6 months since the ship been away from the Everett port. I was with Sokhaley at her sister apartment last 25 Feb. Billy  called he said the ship is on the way to CA from Hawaii and asked me what time am going home…soon I said. I asked him more if he can see any island now— he said there’s the island. Sokhaley drove me home—open the garage door and here’s Billy with a fresh Orchids lei…I jump on him…Bianca Ann was asleep when we got home, her dad woke her up and poor Bianca Ann could not believe daddys home–she rub Billy’s arms a few times before going to his arms. I guess she is trying to see if daddy was real. So thankful Billys was home and was present on Bianca Ann second birthday–so does Bianca Ann older brother Nathan from Florida. Went to TX with the whole family…Got my green card.

Yesterday… 21 Aug. Sunday-

     Woke up at 8:30 am— we attended a Filipino b-day last Saturday till midnight. Did a 4 loads of laundry… Me and Bianca Ann went to church after more than a month of being absent.

Today…22 Aug. Monday

     Got a Ham Hock and beans in my crock pot for dinner… still need to fold and put away the clothes i washed yesterday. I will tried to attend the Kick Fit with Dorothy. oh..hope get my period soon…he!he!he!

Tomorrow…23 Aug. Tuesday..

     I will try to mail the packages for my kumareng Gina’s son, Mikko’s kids gift, Nelly’s books and fix the gift for Gretchen baby shower—need some stuff on it.

Next year…2006

   I hope and pray…that we will be able to make it to Phils for my niece Roadel 18th Birthday and experience the Filipino Christmas once again… Insha-allah!!!

In 5-10 years from now…

     I hope and pray we are all still in good health; able to keep all our web friends; all country is on PEACE, all the Military is back in USA; Pilipinas is a successful country— Bianca Ann would be 7- 12 yrs old –pohon may lawas-kaloy-an sa Gino-o…and for sure I would be 5- to 10 years older OUCH!!!! By that time I have a good paying job, a new car, new PC, more genius about PC & graphics; and my own family web site. Wow-wow-wie!!!!

   For some reason my Precious… love’s her daddy’s boots more than Mommy’s shoes–never see her played with my shoes either. Everytime her daddy come’s home from work and we would help him remove his shoes–Bianca Ann would just get into it and play. So cute of her…

     I remember her getting into my bra drawer and just put all of it on her neck…then call my attention. Opps..here she comes…waking up— and she said she sleeps good closing her bedroom door!! and want her milk. Told here am almost done with my blog–I was just told to turn the PC off–He!he!he! Bianca Ann and her vocabulary…Good day to you all!!!

    Am having second thought if I should post this experience last Friday and Saturday— its kinda awfully "DUH" stuff…but right now whenever I think about it just make me smile and say "oh well…"

     Last Friday 12 August went to Everett Naval Base for my Doc. appoinment at 2 pm, followup check-up of my ER trip. Drop Bianca Ann with her Nina Gina around 1:10 pm. I have to leave early bcoz of the traffic kahit na its only 6 miles drive. As I was approaching the trestle (bridge) I experience panic attack for some reason—am just so scared to drive that bridge with a 2 lane in 55 miles/hr speed —  driving next to the wall tapos yung pa-kurba pa…daming mga "what-if"  incedent playing in my mind. I feel good nga maka-lampas ako sa tulay… traffic was not so bad at Everret downtown. Got in Base clinic at around 1:30 pm–so glad got on time. Went to the front desk give my military ID and mentioned my appoinment— I was asked who is my primary caregiver. The Recep’t told me the said Doctor is gone for the week— I said what???? with disappoinment…how come the lady over the Tricare appt. did not tell me about it–still put me in schedule today!!! Umu-usok na ang ilong ko sa galit…and she just replied that your appoinment is on 19 Aug. that’s next WEEK!!! and she continued I can print the schedule for you—with my mixed emotion (hiya,disappointed at holding pa ng bladder ko na anytime soon eh puputok na-:-8) insist pa rin ako na i told the tricare lady I need to be seen in a week. The Recep’t just refer me to see the Clinic Nurse  instead— I agreed and tried to calmed down and I was advised just to wait for my original appt. and beside my Doc. knows my health background daw. Drove home back and was so embarassed with Gina kasi baka akalain niya am just making up my appoinment…check my calendar..Yes! its on 9 August –next friday!!! Bummer!!! I just hope Gina still available to watch Bianca Ann  this coming friday—At 4 pm SAME DAY my hubby called to informed me of a picnic at work tomorrow with all the bouncy house and a lot of summer stuff…I was so excited.

   Here comes Saturday13 August—we agreed we are going to use the Explorer but he needs to fix/replace its radio (i forgot what its called). He woke up early morning so he can have time to fix it before noon and drive 1 and half hr to Whidbey Island . The picnic start at noon till 5 pm…. comes 11: am he is not done yet with all the wire hangin out the SUV–still figuring which wire goes where…keep bugging him that we need to go get ready and just use the Cadillac. Sabi pa niya my poor wife halata daw na he dont take me out that much (*smile*) Its true weekend lang kasi ang pahinga niya from driving–he got yard work to attend pa. We left the house around 12:10 pm..we use the shorcut going the Whidbey island– we drove on a scenic farm/plantation and some people are harvesting crops…told Billy I would love to work on a farm during harvest time. Sabi pa niya yung mga tao daw na-nagha-harvest till afternoon daw yun sa mga field..kasi andoon sila when Billy drove at dusk- till on his way back home at 5 pm. oopps medyo mahirap din yun ah!

    Good thing BIanca Ann sleeps the whole way to Whidbey Island… we did stopped by at Billy’s office to get his eye glasses first then go on inside the base and to the picnic..so excited… to see a lot of Filipino and FOODS!!! Kumakalam na nag sikmura kosa gutom. Drove to the said venue Rockcliff park…it was QUITEand EMPTY!! no Bouncy; no people; no food… we did drove more to the RV park of Rockcliff..NOTHING!!!! Me and Billy just look at each other and wondering if we are on a RIGHT PICNIC VENUE… check the flyer that Billy had— Venue: Rockcliff Park..yes we got the right place… look at the DATE: 20 August 2005.."BUMMER!!!!" We just both laugh— and how could we miss to read/check the date before driving 1 & half hr. Stopped by sa NEX for our lunch at the King Rice (chinese food)… bought some wire for hooking up the Explorer radio at least di rin nasayang ang trip namin to the base—he!he!he! Buti na lang nakalimutan ni Bianca Ann ang bouncy—I was telling her pa naman we are going to a party with a bouncy…

   On our way home we did check the Deception Pass Bridge..nice bridge remind me of San Juanico Bridge back in Phils. Stopped by din kami in one of the produce store who sells ice cream and post cards… we had their ice cream on their small vineyard… I was so amaze with the grapes on the vine…never see one in my life. Of course took some pic for souviner— me and my camera; Bow!!!

   We got home around 6 pm safe and sound not much traffic–thanks God!!! After all the driving my hubby did last Saturday–and knowing he does it twice a day…I feel sorry for him and his butt—(*giggling*. Kaya minsan I just let him eat and sleep during week days after work, most of the time walang ng lakas to play with Bianca Ann— tuloy si Bianca Ann made a song for her daddy: "Daddy’s home song" Got a video of her singing it–so funny.

      Back to saturday event— while checking my e-mail I was happy to see i got something from Rissa… Rissa/honey just made me a Digital scrapbooking (hope said it right..)easter out of our easter family pic. so, so pretty I love it….and today Sunday I got another one Bianca Ann taken last 4th of July.  Love those creation..thanks a lot Marissa–bless your heart for your kindness… I did post it in my photo album.
